Terves operates the only wrought magnesium foundry in the United States at our Euclid, Ohio facility, giving us the ability to cast and extrude magnesium and aluminum products for a wide range of industrial needs.

Our state‑of‑the‑art foundry produces industry‑standard magnesium alloys such as AZ31, AZ61, and ZK60, along with proprietary and custom formulations engineered for specific end‑markets including Oil & Gas, Medical, Defense, Automotive, and Aerospace.

Terves’ custom‑built 3500 MT extrusion press provides the power and precision needed to extrude a wide range of magnesium and aluminum alloys. We maintain an extensive selection of tubular, rod, plate, and T‑slot dies and can also engineer custom‑built dies to produce customer‑specific extruded profiles.

Terves’ extensive machining and assembly operation enables us to deliver machined‑to‑print magnesium and aluminum components as well as fully produced and packaged final assemblies tailored to customer specifications.
